Amy Venuto is unquestionably the most engaging, hands-on, and flexible trainer I've ever worked with and has been my first and last call any time I've needed training for my teams. Her track record not only in ticket sales, but marketing, customer service, fundraising and management speaks for itself and makes her a one-stop shop for the best expertise in the business. Amy's care with each and every employee during, and more importantly AFTER her training is so far above and beyond anyone else's dedication I've seen, and I'm not sure how she finds the time to make such a large impact continually with so many clients. I'm lucky to consider Amy a mentor and friend personally, and can't recommend her enough.

The individuals staffed by Venuto Team Services are still continuing to make their impact on the sports industry. We staff people who are committed to making a difference.
Amy entered the Sports Industry as an Intern while in college with the mighty St. Paul Saints, a team that sold out every single game of their season. She learned from the best, when it came to fan engagement and superior customer service.
Amy spent a couple of years overseeing Public Relations and Media Relations in independent baseball.
Her sales career began in 1998, when she was hired by the Las Vegas Stars and Thunder as an Account Executive. Part of a Ticket Sales team that recognized revenue growth by as much as 36%+ annually, she eventually became a manager in the Ticketing Department, and learned Partnership Sales.
In 2002, she became the Director of Sales for the Aberdeen IronBirds, where she led a Ticketing staff to sell out every single game for 3 straight years, and set up the Ticketing Department to continue this feat for 10 years. She led the Partnership Sales team in new sales in her second year, and she started Ripken Events, laying out a blueprint for running events at a rare and unique level in professional sports at the time.
When Ripken Baseball added teams, Amy moved to the corporate level, and greatly contributed to the success and growth of the Ripken Camps and Tournament teams, the Augusta GreenJackets, and the Charlotte Stone Crabs, as well as other management projects taken on by the company.
During her time at Ripken Baseball, she was a General Manager, the Host President of the Cal Ripken World Series, and she was responsible for the company's customer experience.
While at Ripken Baseball, Amy immersed herself in training and staffing, and onboarded many successful people who are fulfilling big roles now in the sports industry.
Amy is a beacon of success, and finds ways to grow, develop, and retain customer engagement.
Launching Venuto Team Services in 2013, Amy recognized immediate success in the systems and processes she was providing to other teams. Her first client saw a growth in group sales that doubled in just one year, and the staff credited the group sales presentation that Amy taught.
Hired by a handful of teams to provide consulting, Amy straightaway provided systems and processes that grew the attendance for each team, and helped further develop the careers of many individuals at each of those teams, by adopting the right way to establish best practices for growing sales and revenues, cement better relationships with customers, and to best create and nurture a sales-centric, customer engagement focused culture within these teams.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach. There are a couple of golden rules, and of course, there are best practices. You know best what works in your market. My mission is to work within your parameters to find a way to inspire and drive forward your team's progress in making a bigger impact on your market, and a bigger impact on your bottom line. These work hand in hand together.
With teams we have accomplished the following:
ticket revenue growth, partnership revenue growth, strengthening the customer base, fostering staff retention, fostering customer retention, providing an impactful marketing plan, smart analytics and data growth, customer engagement, employee engagement, enhancing office culture, and all of the time making customer service and customer experience the centerpiece.
While the staffing was being done throughout the years, staffing officially became the third offshoot of Venuto Team Services in 2019. The staffing services have been wildly successful for both the candidate and the team and organization. With a unique personalized methodology for finding the right candidates, both the candidate and the team can rest assured that opportunities and matches can be made that are not found through the traditional job search means.
